Where Stories Grow Wings
HopeWings Media is an independent children’s publishing company creating books, activity books, educational resources, games, merchandise and family entertainment built around one idea — that kindness is something children can practise, not just admire.
Founded by author and community leader Bettina Grzeskowiak, and headquartered in Celebration, Florida.

To create stories, activities and resources that help children learn kindness, build empathy, develop confidence and understand that their actions matter — and to put those resources into the hands of the families, classrooms and communities that need them most.

A generation of children who grow up believing that they are loved, that they matter, and that they already carry everything they need to make someone else’s life better.
What we stand for
Five values in everything we publish
Every story, activity and product is measured against these. If it doesn’t serve at least one, we don’t make it.

The Kindness Is Magic series — stories for ages 4 to 8 about noticing who needs help and doing something about it.

Colouring, puzzles, mazes and challenges that turn a story into something a child does.

Printables, discussion guides and classroom materials, available to anyone at no cost.

Author visits, assemblies and workshops that connect to character education and SEL.
Merchandise
Shirts, scarves, bookmarks, plush toys and gifts that carry the message beyond the page.

Games, and future animated stories that extend the world of Ms. Bettina and Hope.

- We say what a book is, and what it isn’t
- We do not publish reviews or endorsements without written permission
- Charitable giving goes to the nonprofit, clearly and separately
- If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so
Our connection to Embrace of Celebration
Two organizations, one origin
The stories published by HopeWings Media grew directly out of Bettina’s work with Embrace of Celebration, Inc. — a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing food assistance, school outreach, youth programs and emergency support to families in Central Florida.
They remain separate organizations. HopeWings Media is a publishing company. Embrace of Celebration is the charity. Keeping that line clear matters, so here it is plainly:
- Buying a book supports the publisher, and is not a tax-deductible donation
- Donating to Embrace of Celebration supports the nonprofit and is tax-deductible
- Both are worth doing. They are simply not the same thing.
Founded by
Bettina Grzeskowiak
Author, storyteller, community leader and humanitarian. Her work began with one family who needed food and about seven dollars — and grew into a nonprofit serving thousands, and a book series read by children in four languages.
